With a background in human resources at Fortune 500 companies, Debra uses her skills to provide individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral, emotional, and social challenges. She has a humanistic approach drawing from a variety of techniques including solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Jungian depth psychology. She is working towards certification in Sandplay therapy.
Debra's specialties range from helping people with anxiety, depression, adverse childhood experiences, trauma and PTSD. She helps clients navigate the various stages of life and to cope with changes brought about by job loss, death, or divorce. Clients learn to discover and develop inner sources of strength that can be used to facilitate the healing process while working towards their full potential and resulting happiness.
