Eric Pearlman, MD

Dr. Eric Pearlman MD, is an emergency department physician who serves as the EMS Medical Director in Collin and Dallas Counties for AMR ambulance service. He also serves as the medical director for six fire departments in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Dr. Pearlman came up through the ranks still maintaining his National Registry certification as a Paramedic and then going on to medical school. With over twenty years’ experience as a paramedic and over ten years of service as an emergency room physician Dr. Pearlman brings a wealth of experience to The Counseling Center of Texas. Dr. Pearlman has been a longtime advocate for first responder behavioral health, peer to peer support programs and resiliency training for first responders. We are honored to have his expertise serving as a member of our advisory board, reviewing our educational programs and providing leadership to our crisis response teams.
